## Build topology notes

- Packaged renderer uses **chunked topology** (`OperationsCoreLayer`, `AdaptiveLayoutEngine` chunks present).

- No EACCES collab-port crash observed in stable-candidate session.

## Scope limits (honest positioning)

- **Windows x64 only** for this stable release.
- Installer is **hash-verifiable**; do not assume Authenticode code signing unless explicitly published.
- First-run polish and recovered operator shell parity are included; some composer actions remain intentionally hidden/unwired.
- Tasks and Alerts are **not** migrated to the panel manager in this release.
- OCL-C work is **not** part of v2.1.36.
